Rock Out with the 80s at These Concerts

Festivals are always a great time. But sometimes you just need to go to a rock and roll concert. For over 30 years these hair bands have been rocking the world and luckily for us, they are still going strong on tour.

Foreigner

Since 1976 when the band formed, Foreigner has always put on one of the best shows. Even though they are pushing it in age, the band’s energy on stage is very impressive and they can always get the crowd going. They haven’t had a new hit in a long time, but fans are satisfied with singing along and dancing to Foreigner’s classic hits. Thanks to the game Guitar Hero, they have even been introduced to a new generation. Concerts are full of a mix of ages and they are actually a great way for parents and their kids to bond. Foreigner is always playing shows somewhere and usually with other great bands like Journey and Styx.

Def Leppard

Def Leppard is currently on tour with another iconic rock band, Styx. Fans get to rock out to Def Leppard’s classic hits, but the band is also performing a bunch of their new stuff. They have about 15 new songs on their new album that Def Leppard is playing during the 40-date tour. But of course they still give the crowd what they want playing old classic hits on stage too. The band formed back in 1977 and they still have a large following.

Motley Crue

The time has come; Motley Crue is on their last tour, for real. They apparently signed an agreement that says the band will never tour again. The famous rock band formed in 1981 and Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee, Mick Mars and Vince Neil still put on quite the show, 34 years later. All of their concerts include insane pyrotechnics and Tommy Lee’s crazy Crucifly drum roller coaster. Motley Crue really knows how to put on a show and has been known to tour with Kiss and other great bands. Plus, they also attract a younger generation.
