You may have just recently heard the name Chris Stapleton. Well get used to hearing it. Since the country singer and songwriter dominated the CMA Awards last week, he has been all over the media.

Stapleton won more trophies than any other artists during the CMA Awards last Wednesday night. He also stole the show with his epic performance alongside Justin Timberlake. The two put on the best performance of the night and days later, people are still raving about it.

The country singer has soared to the top of the Billboard charts since his appearance with Timberlake last week and the new hit singer has actually been in the business for quite awhile.

The 37-year-old from Kentucky is married with two children and has been a songwriter since 2001. He has written tunes for top artists like Luke Bryan, George Strait and even Adele.

But recently Stapleton went out on this own as a solo act and just released his debut album, Traveller. His album took home Album of the Year and many say it is an instant classic. Stapleton has a strong and soulful voice and you can tell that he puts everything into his songs, from writing them to performing them.

I have a feeling a new Country star is born. With a voice like his, Chris Stapleton is going to be around for a long time and I am sure he will be setting records left and right.
